Privacy policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
This policy explains what information USSD Hub ("we") collects when you use this website, and how it is used. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
You don't need an account
You can use the whole directory without signing up or giving us your name, phone number or email address.
Codes you dial
When you tap Dial, your phone's dialler opens with the code. The call or USSD session happens on your phone and your network. We never see what you dial, the details you type into a code (such as account numbers or amounts), or the result.
Reports you send
If you report an incorrect code, we store the code and the message you write. Please don't include personal details in your message. Your IP address is used briefly to prevent abuse and is not stored with the report.
Analytics
We do not currently use analytics cookies.
Advertising
We may show ads from Google AdSense and other advertising partners in future. Before we do, we will update this policy to explain what they collect and how to control it.
Data stored on your device
To make the directory fast and usable with a poor connection, we save a copy of the codes, and your cookie choice, in your browser's storage. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. To make a request, use the contact details on our contact page.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and show the date of the latest update at the top.
